DR. DEBORAH HAWKES?

Dr. Hawkes has a remarkably diverse and extensive work history, in the healthcare, entertainment, and consulting business sectors. Most recently, Dr. Hawkes utilized her expertise as the Chief Operating Officer at CAN Community Health. Prior to this, she held executive and leadership positions with McKesson/Change Healthcare, Siemens Healthcare, Dell, and the Federal Reserve. She was also the host of the internationally syndicated television show Bye Felicia, where she coached young women through transformations with their selves, careers, and relationships.

Dr. Deborah Hawkes attained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Philosophy - MPhil in Human & Social Services – focused on Ethics, and lastly, a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Human Services with a focus on Behavioral Intervention. Dr. Hawkes is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. for the last 28 years.

The most important accomplishment in Dr. Hawkes’ life is her happy family. She and her husband Kevin have been together for more than twenty years, have a daughter named Kameo and a son named Kevin Jr. They are also the proud grandparents of baby Kyrro. They travel, worship, and enjoy a rich and satisfying life together.
